Problems
Plenum Dash is an internal platform that was built collaboratively, based on the understanding of each department’s needs. The system integrates various functions and user profiles, serving as a useful tool for sales representatives who need to register new clients, managers who need access to sales data and targets, analysts responsible for uploading new products to the store, among many other functions.

Security and permissions
There was a serious security flaw in the previous system, where every new user had access to all functions by default. As a result, only a few employees were granted access. The new system was designed to allow precise control over each registered user's access level.

Dashboard
The platform’s first and main module is packed with data organized according to suggestions from the sales and backoffice teams. There are four groups of indicators — Revenue, Clients, Products, and Exchanges — providing a variety of data, ranging from the company’s overall revenue to product sales over specific periods and exchange and return rates. The system is integrated with all orders generated both directly by the sales team and through self-service via e-commerce.

Products
After discussions with the marketing team and product analysts, it became clear that easier ways to manage the site’s products were needed. The new platform aims to simplify item categorization, provide clearer information on grouping and product variants, and offer a more standardized image upload mechanism.
Design
Design system
Plenum Dash is a platform built exclusively for desktop, so every component was designed specifically for this type of media. Much of the design system is inspired by Loja Plenum, using Plenum’s institutional font (Gotham Rounded) and the brand’s characteristic grays; however, this time the color purple was added, making this platform unique within the company.

Flows
Several workflows were prototyped in different usage contexts to present the new tools to the stakeholders and help them better understand what we were implementing. After final approval, each asset and icon was exported to facilitate development.
The platform was completed simultaneously with Loja Plenum, initially including only its most essential functions. In the following months, various modules were improved and added.
